Returning policy

The customer can return his purchase within 14 days from the day of delivery, however if there is a possibility we kindly ask our customers to return unsuitable purchase as fast as possible.

The customer can either receive the money that was paid for the purchase or choose to replace it with another one. (If there is a price difference when the item is replaced, the customer must pay the seller the difference)

When returning the purchase the customer has to fill free form request explaining why the purchase is unsuitable and return the purchase together with that document, in that case the customer will receive the money that he has paid for the purchase.

The item which is being returned must be unused, undamaged and returned with the document of purchase together with returning form in original and undamaged packaging.

Customers are responsible for postal expenses and other returning expenses (if there is any).

You can return the item in these cases:

  • If you received different item than the one you ordered;
  • If you received bad quality item;
  • If the size, color is unsuitable for you.

Please note that the items made by request or personalized items (custom-made) are non-refundable.

Important information: There is no refund for postal expenses on the returned item. If a replacement method is selected, the postal expenses must be paid by the customer as well.  We do not take responsibility for lost shipments.
